Eric Addington

Songwriter, singer, and guitarist Eric Addington has been performing on stages all over since 1995. His style has been described as blending the virtuosity of Leo Kottke with the down-to-earth sensibility of David Wilcox. And, it's an apt description as both have been influential in Eric's development as an artist. "With music, I'm always searching for a connection. When I write, when I play, and when I listen. When I've heard a song 100 times and, then, on the 101st time it's different. The song reaches inside somewhere and connects on a deeper level. That's what I'm searching for in music. I don't know how or why it happens, but it does and I'm grateful for it." - Eric Addington Some of the venues Eric has performed at include: Fargo Theater (Fargo, ND), Fargo Civic Center (Fargo, ND), One Big Event Folk Festival (Sabin, MN), Rochester Civic Theater (Rochester, MN), Ladyslipper Theater (Livingston, MT), Paramount Theater (St. Cloud, MN), Pioneer Place Theater (St. Cloud, MN), The Pumphouse Arts Center (LaCrosse, WI), The Ritz (Missoula, MT), Fine Line Music Cafe (Minneapolis, MN), Amazing Grace Bakery (Duluth, MN), The Coffee Hag (Mankato, MN), Ginkgo Coffee (St. Paul, MN), The Acadia Cafe (Minneapolis, MN), Concordia College, Luther College, College of St. Benedict, St. John's University, Lewis and Clark College, Central Lakes College, Bemidji State University, Minnesota State University Moorhead, North Dakota State University, Mayville State University, Augustana College, University of Minnesota Crookston Some artists Eric has shared the stage with include: B.B.
